Standard Sourcing Flatrate
For 195 EUR our sourcing flatrate is the budget research tool for quick and easy research. We check the possibilities on the market for you and for the item that you define.
We find at least three good, background checked suppliers per item and you get a summary from our side on the suppliers and the result as well as an Excel sheet based overview of the suppliers offers with the suppliers delivery conditions and contact details.
This service starts with the receipt of your payment and takes 9 workings days.
Product Development
Product Development
You have a clear idea about the item you want to develop? If you want to change specifications about an already existing item or set up a completely new development, this is your service.
Here we source suppliers who can deliver an item that exists already and is close to your spec. After that we go further with one supplier and customize the quotation to the exact item you need.
Every development is different, therefore pricing for this service varies. Get in touch and we will quote accordingly.
Our pledge is to refund up to 30% of our service fee in case customer expectations are not met due to our performance.

Inspection service
Inspection service
We strongly recommend everybody shipping from Asia to conduct a third party final random inspection or pre shipment inspection. These checks help you gain an understanding about the quality and workmanship of the item you are about to ship.
Together with our strategic partners we help you to prepare, schedule and execute inspections on sight before shipment. We fill our inspection instruction and send it to you for release before scheduling the appointment. Our inspection service cost is 299 EUR per manday including the third party cost.
Logistics solutions
Logistics solutions
We provide a wide range of services in terms of logistics. We have agreements with DHL and FedEx getting significant discounts off of their standard pricing. In addition we cooperate with freight forwarders directly.
Our partners in logistics facilitate door-to-door shipments for our customers and can ship directly to the designated locations, even to Amazon warehouses. We can take care of the paperwork and the management of the shipment

Photography
Photography
Our designer and photographer comes every week 1-2 days and can deliver a packaging / promotion picture of your sample within 5 days, if the sample is at hand in our office.
You get to have the edited picture in 300 dpi, minimum 5x5cm with transparent or white background to your e-mail address or download it from our corporate webspace.
This service starts at 5 EUR per white background picture. Get in touch with us to get quotes for your project.

If you’ve found good products on Chinese 1688 or Taobao Platform but the seller doesn’t speak English to communicate and they don’t even have access to export the products to you, we’re pleased to offer you the service that talk to the seller about the product and ship them in name of our company.

Quality and test plan service
Quality and test plan service
In addition to our inspection service we also provide quality and test plan services. If you want to know what tests and certificates are needed for a particular country for the product that you want to introduce, we can help you obtain a test plan from our partner test laboratories for 199 EUR flatrate.
In addition to that we provide certificate validation services with the relevant test laboratories on demand. This service is quoted individually.

• Price negotiation and order placement:
This means you can make use of our secure and binding purchasing contract templates to place the purchase order to the manufacturer. Our PO is set up to regulate all necessary points like buying price, quantity, shipment date, incoterm, product specification, buyer and seller. In addition to this we regulate the contractual obligations and rights of both parties, meaning we nail down penalties on false shipment, late shipment, faulty production or packaging guideline breach.
In addition to this we help you to place the order according to your needs, meaning we negotiate the final price, the final shipment date and production time as well as all affiliated terms like third party inspection or golden sample before mass production.
We then coordinate the signature of the contract from both sides and instruct and inform about deposit payments, balance payments and due diligence time lines accordingly.
• Order monitoring & Merchandising
Once the contract has been signed we follow the production process according to the agreed inspection date and shipment date with the supplier and keep you updated on it. In China you have to follow shipments and be present all the time in the minds of the manufacturers, otherwise they might change your production slot to somebody who causes more turbulence or who pays a higher price. We prevent this from happening.
• Sample arrangement & negotiation (sample costs not included)
Including but not limited to “Quality Sample”, “Pre-production Sample”, “In-Production Sample”, and “After-production Sample”. We can coordinate the manufacturing of the golden seal sample and negotiate its price and the logistics cost to get it to you. In case there is a problem with it we follow that up to make sure no mass production is done before a fully accepted golden seal sample.
• Arrangement of artwork/packaging including photo (packing / photo cost not included)
We have our own artwork designer to help you on the individual packaging design (e.g. for color box and insert card) if you don’t have an exist one.
In addition to that we can also offer the service of providing high resolution photos of your product in a timely manner before the mass production gets shipped. This way Amazon listings can be done while the product is at sea or in the air and selling can start immediately since the pictures are already taken in China. The coordination of this service is included in the full service however the photographer fee itself is not.
• Arrangement of Inspection (to be paid separately to 3rd party inspection)
We strongly recommend to conduct a final random inspection after production through a third party. We have contracts with third parties and facilitate discounted rates for inspections to our customer. Our full service includes the coordination of an inspection at the factory with the third party as well as a full briefing of the third party on what needs to be checked. Normally this is a 10 pages A4 document stating your product requirements, information like EAN code, FNSKU, packaging content, packaging printing, general workmanship, etc. We prepare this document for your review and after your confirmation we send it to the third party.
We arrange the inspection at the agreed date in the PO. After that you pay the inspection fee to the third party and we hand over all information. We receive the inspection report and help you interpret it. The final decision on shipment release lies with you.
• Arrangement of Logistics (paid extra to the logistics company)
We have contracted forwarding agents with discounted rates for air and sea shipment. We work with Fedex, DHL, WTC, Panalpina and Schenker. After the order is placed we give you estimations on airfreight and sea shipment of your relevant order door-to-door. You choose the shipment method and we arrange documentation with the factory (e.g. commercial invoices, bill of lading, form A) in order to facilitate a smooth transportation of your goods. We book the ship for you according to the dates agreed.
Once goods are on the way the third party shipping company will send you invoices for freight, customs and duty. Based on our estimations these costs will be known by you in adance.
• Shipment release and after sales service
In case anything goes wrong our full service includes an after sales service after shipment release. This means if you have a claim that you need to pursue with either the shipper (e.g. wet container) or with the producer (e.g. faulty goods), we will help you communicate and negotiate on your behalf here in China.
Our Full Service cost is charged by some percentage of the total amount of products from 5% to 15% but maximum at $1450 per order. Get in touch and we will quote accordingly.
